It's the Jack Frost Festival Parade...and as tradition has it, the library will hold its open house from 4:30 to 6pm! Come in for hot cider and cookies and to warm up before the parade (we'll also be serving outside. Pick up a take-and-make snowman craft for the kiddos. It's the most wonderful time of the year!
