Great Lakes Talking books (GLTB) is an Advisory and Outreach Center for the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) providing a free braille and talking book library service with books and magazines available by the BARD Mobile app, or equipment and digital audio cartridges by mail.

They are located at the Superiorland Library Cooperative in Marquette, Michigan serving all 15 Upper Peninsula counties They serve individuals who are blind or have a visual impairment that makes them unable to comfortably read print books, have a perceptual or reading disability, or have a physical disability that makes it hard to hold or manipulate a book or to focus or move the eyes as needed to read a print book.

Applications may be submitted online here if you are a doctor, nurse, therapist, activity director, library staff (and more).
