Request for Proposals for Construction of Building Addition:
This RFP is to contract for the construction of a community space addition at the
Ironwood Carnegie Library.
In February 2024, the library was awarded a $750,000 grant from the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity to assist us in creating space that supports our community in areas such as early childhood literacy, senior services, and workforce development. We are currently accepting proposals for architectural plans to begin the first phase of our project.
